Huge congratulations to our patient Clare for completing the London Marathon in an incredible 4 hours 🏃‍♀️💥

From coming to us in March 2025 with lower back pain, hamstring issues, and piriformis syndrome — and having stopped running completely — to crossing that finish line… what a journey 🙌

With physiotherapy support from Amie & Craig, regular Thursday Pilates, and real commitment to her home exercise programme and online classes, Clare has rebuilt her strength step by step.

And now? Marathon finisher 💙

Our paediatric physiotherapy team supports children with a range of neurological conditions, helping them reach their full potential in movement and development.

One example is cerebral palsy, a condition that affects movement, muscle tone and coordination.
