A massive thanks goes to our amazing PPG who donated towards a new bench, which we have installed right near the front entrance. Today in the sun this was a lovely place to sit and watch all the various things happening across the site.

Here is a reminder about the ways to contact Great Sutton Medical Centre to request an appointment. All requests are now reviewed by our team of GP's who quickly identify the most relevant patient pathway. That might be via a member of the practices clinical team, External referral or self care advice. If you require an urgent appointment our team will contact you the same day and get this booked. If you require a routine appointment that can wait you will be sent a link to book in for a time and day with the clinician you feel is most suitable.

This year has been a massive year for Great Sutton Medical Centre. Moving, implementing new clinical systems and new administration systems.

We now have a fit for purpose building with more and more external services looking to deliver their services for our local population. We have partnership links with Preventative health programmes such as Chester Zoo, Greener practice, Chronically Supported CIC, and work with Great Sutton Wellness Company CIC and have plans to revolutionise healthcare with spaces for mental wellbeing, socialisation, community engagement and community treatment.

As we continue to try and improve accessibility and access to our amazing new site. We have added 2 new check in screens to our entrances and with another planned shortly. One of the screens has been installed in the accessibility entrance which has automated doors and no manual doorways to our reception. The screen has been installed at wheelchair access height to improve accessibility for people in wheelchairs. We have also installed another right next to reception to enable more people to directly check in without a queue leaving people needing support or queries to quickly access our reception.
