Flu is on the rise ❄️🦠
Help protect yourself and others by taking simple steps to reduce the spread:

✔️ Get your flu vaccination if you’re eligible.
✔️ Wash your hands regularly with soap and water.
✔️ Catch it, bin it, kill it – use tissues and wash hands after.
✔️ Wear a face mask if you need to go out while unwell.
✔️ Avoid close contact with others if you have symptoms.
✔️ Clean frequently touched surfaces.
✔️ Look after your health: rest well, eat well, and stay hydrated.

📣 Cervical Screening Reminder – Extra Clinics Now Available!

We’re committed to supporting our community’s health and wellbeing, which is why we’re running additional cervical screening clinics over the coming weeks.

Cervical screening is one of the most effective ways to prevent cervical cancer. It checks for high-risk HPV and early cell changes, helping us catch any problems before they develop. Many patients delay their screening without realising how important it is — so if you’re due, now is a perfect time to get it done.

If you are eligible or have received an invitation, please contact the practice to book your appointment. Our team is here to support you, answer any questions, and ensure your visit is comfortable and straightforward.

✨ Early detection saves lives — make your screening a priority.
