Start Your Day with Intention

The first thing you can control each day is how you begin it. I choose to start mine with positivity and peace.

Yoga
A morning yoga session helps me connect with myself, find quiet, and enhance my stability and flexibility. It's also a great way to sweat out the previous day's toxins.

Nutritious Breakfast 🍎
I fuel my body with a collagen and creatine smoothie, 30g of oats soaked in soya milk, chopped apple (a natural fat burner), chia pudding (chia seeds left in plain yogurt overnight), and a handful of blueberries.

Starting the day on a positive and healthy note creates momentum. When you put yourself in a good place first thing in the morning, you're better equipped to handle whatever the day brings.

Ever notice how some days you feel unstoppable, while on others, the smallest thing can throw you off? It's often due to a combination of factors: quality of sleep, nutrition, physical activity, and a bit of luck.

By consistently placing yourself in a high-vibration state each morning, you can maintain stable energy and optimal health. Even when challenges arise, you'll find yourself more resilient, appreciative of life's blessings, and ready to face the day with strength.

Put some yoga and real food into your days schedule - you won't regret it.

I'm a feeler rather than a thinker, if I feel good I'll shine from within, I treat people well and enforce firm boundaries, I surround myself fmeith good people who do good things and this just makes life more vibrant and that to me is beautiful.

In order to feel good I eat well, I choose good thoughts and I move well. I switch off ads that tell me I need to change and I live happily ever after - try it.
