📂 Admin Assistant
Today, NL got involved behind the scenes and helped our office manager with filing and photocopying 🖨️ A simple task, but a meaningful one that supported real working-life skills.

🤝 Meet and Greet
Alan took on a meet and greet role following interviews, welcoming visitors and helping create a friendly, positive first impression of Cheshire Springs 🌟 This was a fantastic opportunity to build confidence, communication skills and a sense of responsibility.

We’ve absolutely loved having Brendan deliver seated yoga at Cheshire Springs. His calming energy and inclusive approach mean all our residents can take part and progress at their own pace. After just three months, we’ve seen positive changes in posture and mindfulness, and we’ve even had lovely feedback from families about the benefits for their loved ones. 🌟 Exciting progress at Cheshire Springs! 🌟

We’re proud to be using VR Brain Recovery as part of our rehabilitation pathway for individuals with acquired brain injuries.

Virtual Reality (VR) is proving to be a real asset in neuro-rehabilitation. Its immersive and engaging environments aren’t just motivating they’re designed to reflect real-life situations and mirror evidence-based treatments.

What we see time and time again in rehab is this: when people try something and succeed, they’re motivated to try again. Over time, that success builds confidence, expands comfort zones, and helps individuals adjust to a new way of life.

VR is helping make that journey more empowering than ever. 💙🧠🌱

We’re excited to introduce our new Reminiscing Trolley project at Cheshire Springs Care Home! 🛒✨

This special trolley will be filled with familiar items to bring comfort and fond memories to our dementia residents — and we’d love your help!

We’re looking for donations of old phones, magazines, plates, cutlery, or any vintage bits and bobs that remind you of the “good old days.”

Every little item helps to spark a smile. 💫
