Are we all surviving the summer holidays?! ☀️

We have been BUSY over here! I’ve taken the last week off to spend some quality time with my mini, our third break here now and we LOVE it!

We have made gorgeous memories and lifelong friends both for us adults and children and I couldn’t be more thankful.

🧘‍♀️ We are looking for some local businesses to join forces with on a little collaboration for this event!

🌟 We are super excited to be hosting such a fab event for those in our local community to help improve the wellbeing of those contending with the menopause and the array of side effects & emotions that come with it!

💡 We are looking to collab with local businesses such as those who offer;
🎂 Cakes or sweet treats
🕯️ Candles or wax melts
💄 Personal hygiene and or beauty items

…and much more! We will be providing goodie bags on the evening and would really like to help promote some other local businesses out there 🤩

We may also have some small stall spaces to be able to advertise your business during the event.

🧡 The lovely Is talking all things menopause and how we can manage the symptoms and effects along side peri menopause whilst ensuring our general wellbeing remains paramount.

📅 Wednesday 14th May 6.30pm - 8pm

🧡Our lovely will be with us demonstrating some massage and performing some healing and reiki
