My go to picnic food.

Not only do I love sushi it's a lovely low Swip option, much, much lower than the sandwiches and even the salads.

So keeps me on plan while out and about.

Out for a few hours enjoying the fresh air and beautiful gardens..... the sun is hiding though!!!!

Open Bank Holiday Monday.

My groups are open 52 weeks of the year so that the support for my members never stops ❤️

If you have been thinking of joining maybe the slower pace of a Bank Holiday Monday is the perfect time!

Groups running at the following times.

0730am, 0900am, 1030am in the morning.

530pm until 7pm in the evening. New Members talk at 530pm. (if you are planning to come on Monday evening please get in touch so that I can confirm the timings with you 07787 851088)

A massive thankyou 💜

To all of my lovely Little Sutton members who have sorted through all of the clothes that they've happily slimmed out of and donated them to the Slimming World Big Clothes Throw in aid of Cancer Research UK 💜

💜💜 61 💜💜 bags in total!!!
Estimated to be worth at least £2013.00 to Cancer Research.

It's a charity that is close to so many of our hearts, so to be able to contribute like this makes me very grateful and very proud. Thank you to everyone for their support and effort xx

Join us in cheering on Alex, Andy, Bethan, Douglas, Em, Emily, Ian, Karly, Kayleigh, Kevin, Lee, Sascha, Sarah H, Sarah P, Victoria and Wayne as they take on 26.2 miles in aid of Cancer Research UK and Alzheimer's Research UK 💜🧡.
