A Candlelit Evening of Sound, Cacao & Harmony

Join us for a nourishing 3-hour candlelit experience, held in the magic of Beltane...a time to honour creation, connection, and new beginnings.
The evening begins with a grounding gong bath held by Light Nourishment, where the vibrations support deep rest, release, and energetic realignment. This is your time to soften, let go, and be fully held in sound.
Following the gong bath, Light Nourishment and EMAJANE will share the gentle magic of ceremonial cacao, opening the heart, inviting presence, and creating a space for connection and intention.
The evening then flows into a live ceremonial concert by EMAJANE.

EMAJANE is a ceremonial musician weaving voice and vibration into immersive sound journeys that calm the nervous system and awaken the true spirit within you. Through her song and presence, she creates a sacred space for deep inward reflection, release, and transformation. Gently guiding listeners into their own inner worlds and the places within them that need to be seen by the light.

Light Nourishment is heart-led and devoted to invite rest, reconnection, and wellbeing. She holds gong baths and cacao ceremonies with love, intention and care, creating a gentle yet powerful container for healing and integration...a space to reconnect with your heart, body, and inner wisdom.

In the spirit of Beltane, we come together to celebrate the energy of creation, deep connection, and the turning of the season.

Just to let you know there will be no Gong Baths in April as I am disappearing for some well deserved rest ❤️

I will be back in action on May 15th for our regular Gong Baths with Ceremonial Cacao.

Look out for an exciting announcement and save the date 1st May for Beltane.
For anyone who joined last night had a little flavour of what the event is ❤️

Gong Bath with Cacao - Spring Equinox
20th March 7.30pm

The Equinox is that quiet turning point...when day and night are equal and everything begins to gently shift.

We’ll begin the evening with ceremonial cacao to open the heart and soften the body, before dropping into a deep journey with the Gongs and other sounds.

If you’ve been feeling a bit stretched, emotional, tired or just “in between”, this is a beautiful moment to pause and reset.

Its time to let go of winter heaviness, settle your nervous system, come back into balance and plant intentions for the lighter months ahead.

You don’t need to do anything — just lie down, get cosy, sip your cacao and allow the sound to do the work.

It’s always such a special energy around the Equinox.

A really beautiful evening of slowing down and coming back into balance.

With the medicine of cacao we dropped into reflection… noticing where we might be overgiving… where we’ve been holding onto things that were never ours to carry… and where we feel ready to forgive.

Through meditation we offered what we no longer need to hold into the fire, allowing it to be transformed… and gently called our own energy back home.

Then journeying with the gongs, we allowed the sound to move anything that was ready to shift and what a powerful shift it was too.

Thank you so much for sharing the space with such openness.

As always I am full of gratitude and I feel so honoured for being able to hold such an incredible space.

And that’s a wrap…

Our Gong journeys for 2025 have now come to a close. We’ve moved through the festive season, and as the year draws to an end, we’re entering a time of rest, reflection, and integration — creating spaciousness and intention as we prepare to step into 2026.

From the depths of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you who has joined me this year for Gong Baths, Cacao Ceremonies, and sharing circles. Your presence, openness, and trust are what allow this medicine to be shared. Without your support, this work would not be possible, and for that I hold immense gratitude.

It has been a true honour to hold space for you — to witness your journeys, your healing, your stillness, and your growth. These moments shared together are deeply meaningful to me, and I am so thankful for the community we continue to create.

As we close this chapter, I wish you all a nourishing end to the year and a beautiful, aligned beginning to 2026. May the coming year meet you with clarity, softness, and expansion.

Sharing with you our last Gong Baths of the year.

We have an additional session on at 6pm which is a shorter journey focusing purely on a guided relaxation into a Gong immersion. And we have our extended 7.30pm session which includes our connection with Ceremonial Cacao and our full immersion with a guided relaxation, the gongs and other sounds.

A little altar of remembrance… a journey back into myself.

At the centre sits Ixcacao, the Mayan goddess of cacao — mother of nourishment, gentleness, and truth.
She holds the cacao seeds like a heart offering, reminding me to return to what is simple, real, and already within me.
Every sip of cacao feels like coming home… a soft unwinding, a quiet “remember” whispered to my chest.

Feathers, flowers, shells and stones, water, candles create a circle of elemental protection — earth, air, fire, water — each one guiding me deeper into my own knowing.
The Mayan calendar stands behind her like an ancient compass, pointing me back toward the wisdom my body never forgot.
Ganesh rests close by, clearing patterns of fear, making space for the version of me that is ready to emerge.

This altar isn’t just a setup — it’s a feeling, a sanctuary, a memory.
A place where I sit, breathe, and let Ixcacao lead me home to my heart again and again.

A reminder that remembrance is a practice…
and coming home to myself is the real ceremony.

Im not the best at posting but I’m still here 💛 Taking a little break from gong baths to rest up before baby arrives 👶✨ I’ll be soaking up newborn cuddles for a while and plan to be back at the wonderful St John The Evangelist in November.
