How to prepare for a massage or physiotherapy session
To help you get the most out of your massage or physiotherapy session, here are a few simple tips to prepare beforehand:
✨ Arrive a few minutes early
This gives you time to relax, settle in and discuss any concerns or goals for your session.
💧 Stay hydrated
Drinking water before (and after) your session helps your body respond better to treatment, especially after massage.
👕 Wear comfortable clothing
For physiotherapy sessions, loose and comfortable clothes are ideal. For massage, you will always be properly covered, and your comfort and privacy are my priority.
🩺 Let me know about any health issues
Please inform me about any pain, injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent changes in your health. This allows me to tailor the session safely and effectively for you.
📱 Avoid rushing or heavy exercise right before
Try to arrive calm and unrushed. A relaxed body responds much better to treatment.
💬 Communicate during the session
If something feels uncomfortable, too intense, or if you have any questions — please let me know. This is your time, and the session is always adapted to your needs.
