Lunch out with my Boy 🩵

Opted for the Vegetarian 🌱 Option… lots of people assume that vegetarian choice is better when following 💚 and that’s not always the case 🫣

But none of this was swimming in Oil 👌 no starter or dessert 💪 Diet Pepsi ✅

I opted for the Spiced Cauliflower Steak with Peppercorn Sauce, fries 🍟 and Korean Tempura Broccoli 🥦

The Cauliflower was far too thick I didn’t manage to eat even half of it 🫣 and the staff kindly knocked it off the bill 🧾

Still enjoyed it … in control 💪👌💚

Out for lunch today 🍽️
I’ve had 💯 week so far again, so I thought 💭 about my plan for today… prepped my Brekki as usually I don’t eat before going out, which then leads to me eating everything and anything due to being so hungry 😋

I’ve split my Healthy Fibre Choice to make 2 Chia Seed Puddings with 0% Skyr Yogurt & Kefir Original Yog, Flav drops mixed in with fresh Blubes 🫐 topped with M&S Supersweet Sugar Loaf Pineapple 🍍 which is lush & sweet to keep my sweet tooth at bay!

The plan is to not have a dessert today and if I feel hungry later to enjoy the Chia Seed Pudding… I’ve got a few swips in the bank to enable me to enjoy the meal, I don’t have a starter and I don’t drink alcohol 🍺

First time in a long time I’ve not considered sod it mode… I’m back in the Zone & want to protect my weight loss 🙌🏻💯💪🫶🏻

6 Ingredients SP Dinner 🍽️ Quick, easy and delicious 🤤 throw together following 👌

Cheap and Tasty 🤤

Chicken 🍗 Breast diced fried in Tsp Garlic 🧄 infused Olive Oil, frozen Garlic 🧄 with 25g Manilife Nut Butter (Healthy Fats Choice) stirred in at the end of cooking 🧑‍🍳 on a bed of shredded Lettuce 🥬 and Grated Carrot 🥕

Weekend Treat 😍👌

Fancy giving these homemade Chicken tortilla kebabs a try? 🤤 They’re easy to make, full of flavour and you can enjoy them while losing weight 😍

Here’s what to do👇

1️⃣ 4 Mix 500g lean chicken mince (5%) with 1 grated red onion (squeezed dry), 1 very finely diced red pepper in brine, 2 crushed garlic cloves, 2 tbsp chopped coriander, 1 tbsp fat‑free Greek yogurt, 2 tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp coriander & ½ tsp black pepper. Chill 15–20 mins.

2️⃣ Cut 4 wraps into rectangles. Layer wraps with the chicken mixture (4–5 layers), finishing with a wrap. Press gently and chill 5–10 mins. Slice into 4 rectangles, rotate, skewer, and place on a lined tray.

3️⃣ Bake at 200°C fan for 15 mins.

4️⃣ Simmer 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp tomato purée, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp paprika, 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tsp honey & a pinch of chilli flakes (optional) for a few minutes. Brush over skewers, then return to the oven for 15 mins until golden, crispy, and cooked through 🙌🏻👌😍

Good morning 🌅

Still 💯 in control as aiming for another loss next week 💪 after what’s felt like months of no control & complete couldn’t be arsed mood… my mindset has changed and I feel back on Plan!

Nothing like a health worry to kick you up the ass 🍑 very high cholesterol, which is hereditary & now prescribed statins 😨 my cholesterol levels just keep rising despite a healthy diet, daily exercise, no smoking 🚭 no alcohol 🚫 this is out of my control sadly, which is frustrating 😨

Oats are perfect for helping lower due to their soluble fibre content as is Olive Oil, both healthy extras following
