Wow what a turn out for our low level exercise programme this week. We feel we have uncovered a genuine area of need within our local area. 48 people turned up for the class this week with amazing comments at the end. That is even including the upheaveal of parking. Next week we are shut am afraid as the instructor is away but we hope everyone is back the week after ❤️❤️❤️

Great turnout for session 1 on a Wednesday morning. With the weather so bad and a lack of parking at the moment we thought it would put people off but 19 people turned up with lots of messages saying that some people couldn’t attend this week. This excellent class provides movement, socialising and more. Once the new medical practice is complete what an asset our community will have.

Don’t forget our very successful low level Physical Activity programme resumes tomorrow at 10am @ Great Sutton Village Hall. The sessions will be pay as you go £3 per session. People of all ages and abilities welcome.
