Lauren’s dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care have made her a valued member of our team since she first joined us in 2017. Even with breaks to focus on raising her young children, Lauren has consistently returned to Caremark, a testament to her passion for caregiving and her commitment to our community.

Lauren is known for her hard work, unwavering reliability, honesty and trustworthiness and the genuine compassion towards her clients that she brings to every visit. She is incredibly well-liked by both her colleagues and the clients she supports.

But, the most touching confirmation of Lauren's exceptional qualities comes directly from those she cares for. This month, Lauren was nominated by a client who shared these heartfelt words: "I want to nominate Lauren for Carer of the month because she is always so kind and caring and she always makes sure my wife is safe and comfortable. We're bursting with pride to celebrate Kamila, our incredible Field Care Supervisor at Caremark Cheshire West and Chester! Since joining us in 2021 (starting as a Care Assistant and taking on the FCS role last April), Kamila's dedication hasn't gone unnoticed.

She's a true leader who inspires everyone around her with her dedication, unwavering work ethic, and genuine compassion. Kamila's commitment to providing the best possible care for our clients is matched only by her dedication to supporting our amazing team of Care Assistants. We regularly receive glowing testimonials from both clients, Care Assistants and our Care Manager about the positive impact she has.

Sheila has been part of our Caremark family for over two and a half years now, and she recently shared some incredibly kind words about her experience:

"I'm so happy with my care! Ben and Kamila, along with all the team, have been looking after me, and my partner before me, for over two years now, and there's never been a complaint. They're always on time, keep everywhere clean and tidy, make me lovely meals; they do whatever I need them to do! I like that I see the same faces all the time and I have gotten to know them all so well, some carers are like family. But more than that, they make me laugh, and I truly enjoy their company."
