We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our wonderful community for your kind donations to our Memorial Tree, in support of the Hospice of the Good Shepherd, and to everyone who joined us at our Memorial Service in November.

Your generosity and presence mean so much, not only to us but to the many families who benefit from the vital care, support, and guidance provided by the hospice.

We are truly proud to support such an important local cause, and we are deeply grateful to be part of a community that comes together with such compassion and kindness.

Christmas can be a difficult time for many, especially for those who are missing someone they love.

If you would like a quiet moment, our Memorial Service will be available to watch online throughout the Christmas period. Our memorial tree will also remain lit, and all are welcome to place a charm on the tree in memory of someone special.

Today we pause to remember.

On this Remembrance Sunday, we honour the brave men and women who gave so much, and we hold close in our thoughts the families and loved ones here in Whitby Village, Ellesmere Port and the surrounding communities who continue to carry their memories forward.

May we never forget their courage, their sacrifice, and the peace they helped secure.
We will remember them.

You are warmly invited to our annual memorial night, which will be held this year at St. Thomas Church, Ellesmere Port.

Please join us from 7pm for an evening of honouring our loved ones.

Following the service, our Memorial Tree in aid of The Hospice of the Good Shepherd will be reinstalled outside our premises in Whitby Village, please feel free to place a charm on the tree in memory of your loved one.
