BREATH……what do we really know other than if we inhale & exhale we are still here 🤪 Well it’s so much more than we all realise, we are told in our yoga practice to inhale & exhale, but do you know why???
If you get chance this week, read up on the importance of breathing & perfoming daily breathing exercises.
The act of breathing, the way each of us breath & our consciousness of how shallow or deep we breath can make huge differences to our physical body, both negative & positive! There are many books on the subject, I am currently reading one called Breath: The New Science of a Lost Art, you will never breath the same way again!
