Did you know your posture is often affected by a leg length difference, many of us have this and are not aware of it but we are aware of the aches and pains we experience as a result. You might be aware of poor posture like tech neck ( head pushing forwards) rounded shoulders, a hump on the back of our neck, these can all be helped with KCR, using a set of gentle stretches and mobilisations in a specific order creates a chain effect within the body to release tension and bringing the skeletal and muscular systems back into alignment.

Happy Monday Everyone 😊, if you are not feeling so happy today remember whatever you are feeling is a signal from your body, no emotion is wrong or bad it is just a messenger, some examples are :-
Anger can signal someone has crossed your boundaries, there has been an injustice and when utilised can be a great motivator for change.
Fear is part of our survival system, it is intelligent and has kept us alive over the centuries.
Sadness is a natural emotion to feel from time to time, recognising the loss of something.
So if you are feeling any emotion, allow it to be felt & experienced.

Happy Monday Everyone 😊. You may have noticed I was a bit quiet last week? I had taken time off to relax, however as many women know you never really have time off as there are always unpaid jobs to be done. So my relaxing week consisted of helping Amy with her new allotment👩‍🌾🪏 doing my own garden, celebrating Amy’s birthday with family, felling a tree, numerous trips to the tip with wood that had been on the driveway for way too long, bit of painting in the house.
I did treat myself to an afternoon out at Stonehaven with John which was a nice relaxing end to my time off 😊

So I am looking forward to being back to work this week for a rest 🤣
