Did you know that 1 in 7 of us will experience hearing loss in our lifetime? It’s something that can affect people of all ages, often gradually, and sometimes without us even realising.

The good news is that help is available. There are over 5,000 registered Hearing Aid Dispensers across the UK, all trained to provide expert advice, hearing assessments, and tailored solutions to support better hearing.

If you or someone you know is concerned about their hearing, don’t wait. Early action can make a real difference.

Happy International No Diet Day 🍫🎉

So today… I'm officially saying YES to that chocolate brownie. No guilt, no “I’ll start again Monday,” just pure, unapologetic enjoyment 😄

At Ingram Hearcare, I might not be a nutritionist (clearly), but I *am* a big fan of balance, whether that’s treating yourself to something sweet or making sure you’re hearing life’s best moments loud and clear.

2 new products available from myself are Cl-ear Itchy Ears and Earol swiM.
Cl-ear Itchy Ears is a moisturising fluid giving fast relief for dry and sensitive skin within the ear canal and/or outer ear.
Earol swiM contains Tea Tree Oil which is clinically proven to prevent water trapping in the ears and protect the ear from potential unhygienic water, too.
Available in Huntly, Banff and Ellon. I will carry some stock too.
