Come and experience the sauna, the land and meet some facilitators. Align Wellness will be joining us today and has been at the yurt since we opened in 2021.

Ali of Align wellness is a traditionally trained Hatha yoga teacher and the ancient wisdom of yoga is at the core of her teaching. The principles of Ayurveda (the sister science of yoga) weave into her classes creating a self-awareness concentrated practice.

Her mindful approach focuses on functional movement and relaxation techniques, where you are encouraged to build awareness and connection to self and beyond.

Sharing weekly small group Hatha yoga, Hot yoga classes and monthly Yoga Nidra and Yoga Breakfast events at CalmSpace, Ali offers a variety of opportunities to move, breathe, relax and align in the peaceful surroundings of the yurt.
