At the weekend my friend ‘Bob’ ran the . I let ‘bob’ borrow my compression boots to see if they could help with post event recovery.

‘Bob’ is a 48hr Doms person and has reported hardly any post marathon Stiffness and even managed to run down a few stairs today, where as normally post marathon stiffness would have firmly set in by now.

Bob’ liked them so much that training has already started for the next big event.

Last teaching day for the The Complementary Therapy School before assessment in June.
Last chance to ask questions, get pointers and practice ( well in class anyway) the full body sequence.

Here at The Massage Guy it’s not all elbows and MET’s and PNF’s.
Some people such as this client, just need a nice back and shoulder massage to help with the aches she suffers from her desk bound job.
