Healing is the tender process of releasing everything that isn’t your truth —
old stories, old expectations, old ways of surviving
that no longer match who you’re becoming.

Healing is meeting yourself with honesty,
with compassion,
with the softness you’ve always deserved.

Healing is choosing alignment with your higher self - the version of you who is clear, centred, loving,
and deeply connected to her own truth.

It’s not about changing who you are.
