We're Closed Monday 5th January

What a way to start the year! Due to the continued amber weather warning and to ensure the safety of all our clients and therapists, we have made the decision to close the clinic tomorrow.
All clients have been notified and appointments rescheduled. The phones have been transferred to the mobile so you can still get hold of us if you need to.

If you need to reschedule appointments later on in the week, just give us a shout.

As we come to the end of the year, we wanted to take a moment to reflect and share some lovely news.

We’re finishing the year on a real high after being awarded Sports Massage Specialist of the Year with the Prestige Awards – something we are incredibly proud of and grateful for.

You may have noticed we’ve been very quiet on social media this year, and that’s simply because the clinic has been extremely busy. We’ve welcomed a record number of new clients through our doors this year, alongside our wonderful regulars, and our focus has been firmly on looking after you all.

Earlier this year, Body Logic Therapies turned 10, which feels quite surreal. To all of our clients – past and present – thank you so much for your loyalty, trust and support over the last decade. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. It truly means the world to us and allows us to do the job we love every single day.

Looking ahead, we have a very busy year coming up with some exciting new projects. Some of you already know what’s in the pipeline, and for those who don’t, we’ll be sharing more as things unfold. One thing we can promise is… we won’t be quite so quiet next year!

Finally, we’d like to wish you all a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year. Thank you for being part of our journey – we can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

Suitable for babies from 6 weeks to 1 year.

Over the 5 weeks you will learn gentle yoga techniques combined with baby massage to calm and soothe your baby but also to help alleviate common symptoms such as wind, constipation and colic.
There are so many benefits to be gained from introducing baby yoga into you and baby's daily routine.
Another great benefit is that it gives father and siblings the opportunity to provide nurturing contact with baby too thus improving their confidence.
