People with dry skin in the ear canal or hairy ear canals or both. This spray penetrates the wax, hair and dry skin better than olive oil but should only be used for 1 week unless your doctor or nurse advise otherwise.

Next week is Mental Health awareness week.
Things that help some people feel better about their Mental Health.
1. Exercise of any kind getting out in the fresh air and countryside.
2. Having your hair or nails done gives a little boost.
3. Getting in touch or seeing family or friends.
4. Trying a new hobby or gardening.
5. Treat yourself shopping or afternoon tea etc.

What ever you do just remember to look after your Mental Health.

It's important to keep your ears dry while you shower/bath and wash your hair.
As water in the ear canal can lead to an infection starting.
It is recommended to use a plug of cotton wool large enough not to fall into the ear canal and then smear vaseline over your ear and the outer part of the cotton wool to make it water proof.
Ear plugs don't always keep all of the water out
All of the time.
