Massage is a win, win on the self care check list and we can help with injury, general aches and pains, maintenance or pure relaxation. Your therapist at The Massage Cabin is also a qualified Personal Trainer with over a decades experience. When requested, we offer a holistic approach and are always happy to answer any questions on what may help you manage areas of muscular weakness which are often a cause of aches and pains. We are based in Prestonpans and you can use our booking app to arrange your appointment or get in touch for further availability.
