I’m thrilled to be leading the FREE classes for Park Yoga Eltham Park South this year! Starting 10th May 9.30-10.30. Come along and join in the fun!

🌳 We're thrilled to welcome Park Yoga Eltham Park South this season.

📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 10th May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

💚 There's no need to book.

💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.

I started my new restorative yoga class at the wonderful Reynolds Bexley in September. The numbers have built up gradually and today for the first time I was fully booked with three on the waiting list! Thanks to all the staff and fantastic members for making me feel so welcome 🙏
