I am often asked how often should you have a massage?..
Massage frequency and duration will depend on the type of massage you want and the area you want to target.
For Relaxation.. As often as you like!!
For Pain Relief.. Once every 3-4 weeks!!
For Knots!.. Once Every 2-3 weeks!!
Regular Massage can help to maintain range of movement, flexibility and help to improve the health of muscles 💪🏻
