What an amazing first outing of the year with 2 of the team 🫶🏼

and absolutely smashed their first time on stage 👏🏼

took the win in first timer bodybuilding.

took second place in an incredible line up of athletes. In fact she couldn’t believe she was sharing the stage with 2 of the girls because of how good they are and she beat them!

I’m incredibly proud of you guys!

7th March end of pre wedding shreds 70.9kg

🫡 Ash is an absolute soldier when it comes to adherence!
And it’s a bloody good job😂 because slow and steady wins the race. Even more so being vegan!!

A vegan diet definitely has its challenges when it comes to nutritional manipulation but with the supplements available today it’s perfectly doable! ⬆️ ⬆️ ⬆️

4 weeks into prep!
4 months of pushing food up, pushing training intensity through the roof. We got into the low 70 kg’s at peak body weight! was feeling pretty uncomfortable 😂 but she pushed and pushed. Trusted the process and in as little as 4 months changed her shape completely!!!

Alice won’t be moaning about the amount of food she’s had to eat for much longer 😂

You have to break it down into segments over a long period..

2025 is going to be a wild ride and I’m so ready for it!!

But truth of the matter is… this is where the important work is done!

With an impeccable reverse out of summers diet phase. we managed to add almost 3 inches to her glutes, 2 inches to her thigh, keep her mid section nice and tight.
And grow some whamo delts!!

We’ve done a lot of growing with only adding 6kg in body weight!
There really is no need to add unnecessary levels of body fat.
From a hormone perspective, mainly speaking insulin sensitivity..
Once you hit a level of body fat, I think you just get fatter.

This is a pre prep diet phase for so we’ll dig for greater level of conditioning this time round! Mid 60’s is going to look wild!
Let’s see if we’ve built the necessary 💪🏼

Also just for reference. Summers quads are 26.5 inches and her glutes are nearly 43 inches 😂

Back training can take some years to master and find the correct form for you.. not necessarily exercise selection, but form!

If you see someone with massive biceps and the back of a 12 year old girl, chances are they’re still trying to work it out!

Equally there is some hmmmm amusing exercises out there at the moment 😂

I’m a big fan of full ROM when it comes to back training! To insure we have those scapulas moving as much as possible!!
Coupled up with lots of thoracic mobility
(lock your spine whilst rowing and it is 90+% bicep)
Pick exercises you can move lots of weight on whilst ticking all the boxes above…. You’ll grow a back!

Also a big bicep tip….. train back poorly 😂

We’ve been reverse dieting up and up every week since the end of his diet phase.
He’s growing like a w**d!! Ohhh to be 22 again 😂

Tommy boy is off to 🇦🇺 in February so it’s all steam ahead with a good grow phase then tidy him before he heads off down under 🦘

I’ve been doing treatment on .y.media2 for a couple of years now.. he’s an absolute gentleman!!

We started working together coaching, first of all to fix his jellyfish posture!
We started off making George more athletic.. training like a bodybuilder doesn’t work well for people with poor posture!
In fact…. Most of the time “bodybuilding” style training will make it worse.

So we started off with a power, strength, conditioning and endurance programme.

We got him moving properly, standing up straight, got everything firing how they should. Then we started adding isolation work💪🏼

I’m not 100% sure how much body fat George has lost and muscle he’s gained but he looks like a different man!

Every aspect of this guys life has changed in the last 9-10 months and could be prouder of him!🤜🏼🤛🏼
