finishing off the year strong AF!!!
Georgia came to me in April…
metabolism through the floor.
Expenditure through the roof…
Living that 1100 calories life 😂💅🏼
There hadn’t been much success with fat loss previously so we obviously needed a little reset…
Over the period of several months we built up to over 3000 calories.
Performance started to fly.
Hormones became happier.
We started to GROW!!!
What’s interesting is that we finished our first growth/improvement phase the same body weight as when we started!
Finally after several months of pushing food and performance we started our first successful diet phase..
Roughly 63kg down to 55kg on these photos but…
Pay attention to the shape difference in Georgias physique!!
The whole posterior chain development is wildly different!!!
Waist nice and tight..
But look at that top line difference..!!
Not only is there now some popping delts sat there but look at the extra width!! This is achieved by exercise selection…
I’m going to put some effort into educating on this matter in 2026.
The exercises you chose matter way beyond what the science guys say are the best for “building muscle”
You need to be able to display it too!!
My bikini girls have wild waist to shoulder ratios.
My big guys have ludicrous thickness.
My classic guys have stupendous arms and airborne like lat spreads…
Pick a look/category and train specifically for it!!
