New course!!! Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF). This is a great course for those wanting more insight but maybe can't commit to a full face to face course. Maybe you just want a taster of what the full Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace offers.

This is an online, self-paced course. You will have an online check in's with a qualified trainer to ask questions or discuss topics. After completion of the e-learning package you will have a final online discussion and sit an e-assessment.

Those completing this award can then use it towards either the level 2 or 3 should you wish to continue.

Week 1 of foundation in British Sign Language done and it was great! So glad I saw the ad and booked my place with SignCore BSL Training Centre. Communication and trainer have been great, I honestly have been practicing with the cat all morning (not sure he appreciates it.. he hasn't signed back.. yet!). If you are interested in learning BSL I recommend checking out SignCore as your provider.
