“Very easily accessible. The lady was professional and very proud of her job. I feel a lot better since the appointment. The overall experience was arguably the greatest experience in my whole life! Surpasses the birth of my children (just). Will re visit in the future.

Just to pre-warn my lovely patients , I will be taking a week off work for a much needed holiday 3 days after the Easter weekend so anyone needing appointments do get booked in soon 👂 as I won’t be back working until 18th April ⭐️

“I had read some reviews on Ali at Ely Ear care online & they were all positive, so as I had been suffering with hardened ear wax for a good few weeks, affecting my hearing & given me pain I made an appointment with her . Upon arrival she totally put me at ease & I explained to her how I had been suffering & after carefully examining my ear she went on to explain what she could do to help remove the stubborn wax . This was done by micro suction, which was quick , painless & very effective. I have no hesitation in recommending her services, her work place was absolutely spotless.Ali is a very easy lady to discuss your requirements with.
Wax removed , hearing back to normal, job done ✔️.”

It’s so easy to try and remove blocked wax yourself but it’s really not advisable !

I went to Ely ear care today after trying to clear my blocked ear myself and making it worse. Ali was warm friendly and understanding. After putting me at ease and explaining the procedure, Ali showed me my blocked ear, with a camera and her phone. She then quickly cleared my ear. The difference was instant and painless. I was very relieved as this had been causing me issues for several days. I would recommend Ali to anyone with a similar problem.

“I have visited Ely ear care twice now for wax removal and experienced both irrigation and micro suction. On both occasions Ali made me feel comfortable and at ease. She is both very professional and very efficient.
She has a lovely clinic that has easy access and no problem parking.
Having been in the same line of business myself, it is not easy to put your trust in the hands of another practitioner, However, Ali instils a confidence that can only be gained by her obvious experience and knowledge.
