Unfortunately most GP practices are no longer able to provide an ear irrigation service yet some people still produce a lot of ear wax which can become a problem. Hearing can become restricted , and a feeling of discomfort or "fullness in the ears" can be experienced. Hearing aids stop working or the ear canals need to be clear for new hearing aid moulding.
