I’ve noticed some hair dressers offering the head spa lately which makes total sense on the surface, but to have an experienced Masseuse do it, takes it to a whole new level 🤤🫠

Some of the cheaper machines do not have the hygiene standards I would tolerate in my practice.
My Head Spa is the newest, top of the range that uses filtered water with a fresh water feed. I made sure it was the best of the best

It’s been wonderful meeting lots of new ladies for Menopause Massage. My training is really paying off, helping those seeking some relief from Perimenopause symptoms. I recommend a course of 6. Having regular massages alone will help with some of the menopause symptoms. But this one incorporates Accupressure points that are stimulated according to your particular needs.

My client today was experiencing migraines but upon inspection, she was demonstrating very tight muscle on one side causing her shoulder to sit higher than the other. This can cause tension headaches. We spent time stretching the trapezius muscle, as well as accupressure points for migraines and hot flushes.

I thought at some point over the years a Midwife would walk through my doors and she did this week! I had no idea until the consultation, she also went out of her way to sing my praises (I didn’t ask her to!) Such validation for me that I am midwife-approved.
