We had such a lovely day yesterday at The Orchards. Our morning was spent fussing over Lily, our gorgeous therapy dog, and enjoying plenty of relaxed chats together. She was in her element, and we captured some wonderful photos of her posing with our residents.
In the afternoon, our fantastic entertainer Charlie wasn’t feeling well. We’re sending him lots of love from all of us here at The Orchards and wishing him a speedy recovery. We can’t wait to have him back when he’s feeling better.
With Charlie resting, we decided to make our own music — quite literally. We ended up having a brilliant impromptu sing‑along, playing instruments, belting out our favourite songs, and sharing plenty of laughter. It turned into such a joyful afternoon.
It’s moments like these that remind us how special our community truly is.
