Louise de Caux - Women 2Gether Circles and Coaching
Inspirational coaching and workshops for women who are at a crossroads in their lives and want some loving support to fly My name is Louise.
de Caux and I run Women 2Gether inspiring and supporting women through life's transitions and helping them to fly. I am a Coach, Counsellor and workshop facilitator, HeartMath Coach ,Member of the School of Being and Certified Red Tent Activator. I lead workshops and have a coaching practice to help women to connect to the deep intelligence of their Hearts and discover how to be fully alive in each moment. I worked for many years in a Corporate environment in Human Resources and experienced first hand the soulless atmosphere that can be created and I have burnt out twice along the way. I have lost touch with anything but work – it cost me my connections with my family, a loving relationship and my health. I longed for something different but had no idea what. I only began to find it when I had a health scare back in the middle 90’s when the medical profession thought I had MS. Luckily I didn’t but it was enough to wake me up and to begin to search for a deeper meaning in life and explore who I was as a woman. It’s often at life’s transitions, eg break up of a relationship or marriage, loss of a job, children leaving home, menopause, a chronic health issue, that we ask ourselves the question ‘Who am I?’ And that’s the question I asked myself one April morning back in 1996. That was the beginning of me turning my life around. I explored dance, tantra, soul responding, coaching, Meditation, Theatre improvisation, singing and many other forms of personal development. I became particularly interested in working with women and studied with both Lisa Schrader and Jan Day. I can honestly say as I have come out of the other side of the menopause that I have never felt more beautiful, feminine and awake as a woman in my whole life as I do now. And that confidence and love of yourself is what I want to bring to all women. Testimonial:
I went to bed last night feeling my heart was very big, bigger than I thought it could ever be. Thank you, Louise for providing such an intriguing, rich, exciting and totally safe environment to dare to be myself in. - Valerie

Full Moon tonight at 1 22 am. It's known as the PINK Moon and is going to be the smallest Full Moon of 2025. But its size is deceptive because it's a strong and soft Moon allowing us to turbo charge our wildest dreams particularly around relationships and Love. Its no coincidence that I am attending a 3 day virtual event with the HeartMath Institute called Love Unleashed. I've only done 1 day so far but can already feel the call to keep on pouring love into this world in every possible way. One of the messages I received from my Heart yesterday was:
It's not about me
It's about Us
So, run a little more Love through your system today and let it be magnified by the Moon and sent out to the places in the world where it is so badly needed.

A BIG Thank you to all the women who joined our Spring Equinox Circle last night. It was cold but also warming round the fire pit and in our open Hearts too. Here is the poem I read last night for you and everyone in the Circle. It's amazing that so many of us arrived with overwhelm, fatigue, anxiety, worry and within 2 hours all of that had receded into the background as we became present to ourselves as well as to each other. It's good to remember this. Our brains are so powerful and take over but when we deepen into our Hearts and allow its wisdom to come to the surface, we can begin to quieten our minds and nervous system. i feel very calm and awake this morning (which is unusual for me at this time in the morning!!) Much love to you all and maybe you can find something to let go of this morning as we move into Spring making space for something else to come into your life.
With love and gratitude

It's the last day of October which is BREAST CANCER AWARENESS month. So I'm just reminding you to check your b**bs https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/how-to-check-your-breasts-or-chest/ especially if you think there is something not quite right. It's easy to pretend that all is okay and perhaps it will go away or it's not the right time to contact your GP. I remember thinking that when I noticed some symptoms and we had just gone into that first lockdown back in April 2020. There was so much fear around about even going outside your own house, let along to a doctors surgery or a hospital. I managed to move through this and contacted my surgery and within 4 weeks I was in the Breast Clinic at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. Another couple of weeks and I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Thank goodness they were still treating women. There may be someone out there that needs to hear this message today.

This morning I was at the monthly Mums In Business Int. Networking Bury St Edmunds networking session founded by Martina Darling. It's such a joy to meet so many lovely women (we're not all Mums!) and find out about their work and lives. It's a networking with a difference as we are not trying to sell to each other but to look for collaborations. I am collaborating with a lovely lady called Debbie Willis who has a fabulous luxurious barn just outside of Bury St Edmunds and I will be facilitating a Women's Circle there on the morning of the 28 November details here: https://www.facebook.com/events/563167722774773.
I always find some nugget of knowledge or wisdom at these sessions and when speaking with Martina she said she had found it difficult to slot me into a small group of similar businesses. I was just going to reply that's because I'm a bit of an odd ball when she said 'that's because you are so unique'. That landed so well. We definitely don't always see what others see about ourselves and our work. What a beautiful gift to receive.

A wonderful afternoon/evening with Lisa Szramowski at Old Hunstanton Beach. Many people came together for a gong bath on the Dunes in aid of the Southport Strong Together Appeal. Meditation for peace, love and kindness. So much community and companionship. A small thing in some ways but every little gathering helps towards forging peace and hope for a more loving and compassionate world.

Magic happened in the dance last night. As I invited women to take a partner, it just didn't seem to be happening. Instead the circle of women moved closer and closer until we were all held in an intimate Circle by all the other women. A mysterious moment that you cannot make happen but it just unfolds from the energy of the group. I made some New Moon ribbons and each woman picked one up before their sharing time and were able to take their own personal ribbon away to remember the dreams, desires and magical happenings they had danced with, shared and held lovingly for each other.
My goodness, there was real power in this Circle fuelled by the New Moon. Here are the Angels Cards that were picked out for the altar adding potency to our cooking pot!

Having a simple morning as I prepare for our Simply Dancing Women's Circle tonight on the NEW MOON in Leo which is associated with the Heart, blood circulation and the aorta so it's just perfect for our dance. A new moon is always a good opportunity to reflect and put some energy into our dreams, desires and mysterious happenings. I'm here in my garden with my 70th birthday rose which my sister gifted me earlier this year contemplating life, age, wisdom and the mystery of life itself. There's still some places left if you'd like to join our amazing community of women at Prickwillow (just outside of Ely) tonight. Are you ready to dance into the mystery of your unknown future?

Our Women’s Circle has been running in Cambridge for nearly six years and we are still going strong. Why not come and join us Wednesday 10 July at Friends Meeting House in Hartington Grove 7 30 to 9 30 pm. Our theme is CONNECTION. This could be connection to ourselves, to each other, to family, friends, Mother Nature, our work, spirituality and something bigger than ourselves and our every day life. It's a theme with a lot of scope. Maybe you might want to look at where you need more connection or where you have too much and that may be different in separate areas of your life.
We normally start the evening with a meditation which is followed by some kind of activity. The second half of the evening is devoted to our Sharing Circle where each woman has the opportunity to share and be witnessed by the other women. It’s a simple format but it can be so, so powerful.
I do hope that you can join us. If you've never been before, please think about coming and I promise you that you will receive a really warm welcome and you'll feel at home in this Circle.
You can join our private page here https://www.facebook.com/groups/295139567937432 and see how to pay the £12 cost as well as getting a flavour of our community.

This morning as I was lying in the bath dreaming and remembering I finally felt myself give way and FORGIVE. I wasn’t trying to and it wasn’t planned but it just happened and then forgiveness gave way to GRATITUDE and I found myself in tears.
It was all to do with the piano that I had played a little during my visit to a dear friend. The years of trying, of numerous sessions of therapy, of different modalities of forgiveness and all it needed was this moment of real authentic Forgiveness. As a child I played the piano. I wasn’t a musical protégé of any kind but what I did have was depth of feeling that I could translate to my playing and I also had determination to practice and practice. My piano teacher gave me simpler pieces to play and entered me into competitions against kids who were talented and played complex pieces. Many times I would come a 2nd or 3rd because I played my piece faultlessly and with feeling whilst the children playing the more complex pieces might often fluff notes and didn’t have the ability to really feel the music. Yes, my piano teacher knew how to work me and to ‘groom me’ in more ways than solely teaching me piano. I have never been able to really forgive and thereby free myself. It shaped my early years and my relationships all during my life.
Today I wasn’t trying or even thinking about it but felt something relax in me and a sense of freedom and peace come into my heart. I turned towards gratitude. Thankfulness for my ability to dive deep emotionally and grateful for being determined, resilient and strong in the midst of adversity. This emotional depth has served me so well. I bring it to my women’s circles and workshops and my 1 to 1 heart coaching. I can hold a lot of difficult stuff like trauma, chronic illness and abuse so that other women can find their own solutions, ideas, feel their own feelings and perhaps even find forgiveness. I’m thinking of returning to the piano now . . . . .

There I was in the car park when a couple returned to their car. They were having a right go at each other - hammer and tongs - anger and ill-disguised contempt. It was jarring and difficult to listen to. As I began to walk away I couldn't help but say 'Please Remember Love' . The woman appeared to ignore me completely. The young man stopped and looked at me, raised his hands helplessly and we all continued on with our day. I don't know if my words made any difference but they made a difference to me. How many times have I lost sight of Love for another in the midst of the drama? Our most intimate relationships expose our deepest wounds to the light, ready to be explored or just to go keep going round the same loop until we are ready to change something. Food for thought. Please remember Love.

Do you want a little support and a loving, non-judgemental space to explore and celebrate who you are as a woman? Helping you to negotiate your way through life’s transitions with ease and flow? Discovering your joy for life and feminine sensuality? Then you’ve landed on the right page and I don’t believe it’s by chance.
My life’s journey has led me through many transitions, some easy and some difficult. I worked for many years in a Corporate environment in Human Resources and experienced first-hand the soulless atmosphere that can be created and I burnt out twice along the way. I lost touch with anything but work – it cost me my connections with my family, a loving relationship and my health.
I explored conscious movement, ta**ra, soul responding, coaching, Meditation, Theatre improvisation, singing and many other forms of personal development. I became particularly interested in working with women and studied with both Lisa Schrader and Jan Day. More recently I was ordained as an Interfaith Minister with the One Spirit Interfaith Foundation through which I have developed a deep interest in creating rituals for Women to mark the many events that happen to us along life’s path. I can honestly say as I have come out of the other side of the menopause and entered my 60th decade that I have never felt more beautiful, feminine and awake as a woman in my whole life as I do now. And that confidence and love of yourself is what I want to bring to all women.
My Heart Coaching is simple but profound as together we explore what you need to find your own unique Feminine Radiance and I can tell you that there is nothing more attractive than a woman who is radiating love. We have to start with ourselves which can often be the most difficult place to begin. How often have you looked in a mirror and immediately criticised something about your appearance? Don’t worry, you’re not alone but it’s time to re-write that particular script.
I also lead Circles and Retreats to support women in connecting to the deep intelligence of their Hearts and discover how to be fully alive in each moment. My work is deceptively simple. Sitting in Circle with other women in a safely held, loving and non-judgemental environment can be transformative.
