Gentle Morning Flow Thursday 8.30-9.15 .social
A soft landing into your day
Join me for a slow, nourishing practice designed to wake the body with kindness and ease. We’ll stretch open the places that feel tight from sleep, breathe into spaciousness, and settle the nervous system so you can step into your morning feeling grounded, clear, and quietly energized.
A moment to arrive, soften, and begin again.
✨ All levels welcome
✨ Move at your own pace
✨ Come as you are
If your morning is calling for softness, I’d love to practice with you 🕉️🙏🏼
