A perfect mid‑afternoon adventure for Home Ed families.

This class is designed for ages 7+, and complete beginners are not just welcome — they thrive here. Kids get to explore movement in a supportive environment, building strength, coordination, and confidence as they learn to fly in the hammock.

It’s fun, it’s active, and it’s a brilliant way to make new friends while discovering what their bodies can do. If your young human loves to climb, swing, spin, or simply try something different, this is their moment.

Our next photoshoot is with the beautiful and incredibly talented team . Kat and the team are brining the stunning Golden Hour theme to The Pole Shed in March, and you do not want to miss this opportunity.

Choose to join us on March 21st for Aerial or Floor, or March 22nd for Pole for your 30 minute shoot. Each session includes 3 beautifully edited images, with the option to buy more.

Photoshoot slots are extremely limited - so we recommend booking yours as soon as possible.

Please note photoshoots are open to all, you do not need to attend the Pole Shed for classes to join us.

Join our fabulous instructor team on Mondays throughout February for the best start to your Pole Fitness AND Pole Dance journey. No previous experience is needed and ALL are welcome.

Sessions run at 8.10pm every Monday throughout February and the course costs £40

Don't want to wait until Feb? We get that - You can also join us on Thursdays at 5.40pm and Sundays at 4pm for our drop in sessions.

Our growing community is in need of more instructors to share their knowledge and passion for fun fitness sessions at our beautiful studios in Littleport.

We specifically need instructors for the following disciplines:
✨️Aerial Straps, Hammock, Silks, Rope and Trapeze
✨️Junior Sessions including Hammock, Silks, Trapeze, Lyra and Pole
✨️Mat & Reformer Pilates

We are always looking to expand the sessions we offer, if you think that there is something else that you could bring to the Pole Shed fam please do let us know, it is our aim to provide exciting and fun fitness sessions for everybody.
