📣📣 Part-Time Receptionist Position ‼️‼️

We are seeking a part-time receptionist to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will work for 3 days a week, including Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcoming and assisting visitors
• Managing phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Maintaining records and files
• Handling IT and social media tasks
• Providing general administrative support
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Assist with laundry
• Other small tasks

Requirements
• Reliable and punctual
• Trustworthy
• Friendly and willing to help others
• Proactive
• Polite
• Positive and mature mindset
• Willing to learn, adapt and grow
