Confidence is a funny thing.

Many people assume it's innate.

But it's not....It's built. 🧱 Brick by Brick.

It's built through doing the hard things, doing things you once thought you couldn't. Showing up even when everything feels messy and uncertain.

& Sometimes when it comes to learning new skills like strength training all it takes to get you showing up is a simple plan with some clear guidance to get you started πŸ’•

It's the "i've been good all week, I deserve a treat"

Except it's not a treat.
It's over indulgence. πŸ‘€

It's overly restricting in the week only to set yourself backwards at the weekend and get to Monday feeling even more frustrated. Again.
😭😀

Many of us have been there,myself included.

But there is a way to exist without this rollercoaster of frustration.

And it starts with giving yourself permission to eat the damn pizza (in moderation!)

πŸ‘‰πŸΌBecause you'll never❌ learn how to moderate things that you restrict.

My personal favourite way to start this πŸ‘‡πŸΌπŸ‘‡πŸΌπŸ‘‡πŸΌ

✨✨Start by building a weekly meal plan with meals you and your family ACTUALLY ENJOY and learn how to make TWEAKS to them so they support your goals. Yes including the pizza at the weekend ✨✨
