It's the "i've been good all week, I deserve a treat"
Except it's not a treat.
It's over indulgence. π
It's overly restricting in the week only to set yourself backwards at the weekend and get to Monday feeling even more frustrated. Again.

Many of us have been there,myself included.
But there is a way to exist without this rollercoaster of frustration.
And it starts with giving yourself permission to eat the damn pizza (in moderation!)
