Wow, what a day at Blooming Youth!
I had the privilege of holding lots of one-to-one sessions today, supporting children and young people with a range of topics, including:
• Preparing for the return to school after the holidays
• Navigating friendships
• Building self-esteem
• Managing anxiety

I truly hope each young person left their session with something meaningful they can carry forward—something to make life feel just a little bit easier.

I’m looking forward to the month ahead—there’s lots happening here at Blooming Youth!

Workshops this month include:

12–15 year olds – Building self-esteem & managing anxiety

6–9 year olds – Understanding and managing emotions

9–12 year olds – Understanding and managing emotions

10–13 year olds – Navigating friendships & building resilience

Is your child feeling worried about going back to school?
Would they benefit from a safe, supportive space to share their worries and create a wellbeing plan to help with the transition?

I’m offering special Back to School Wellbeing Sessions designed to give children the tools and confidence they need as the new term begins.

📅 Dates: Monday 1st & Tuesday 2nd September
📍 Location: Unit 3M, Saxon Business Park, Littleport, CB6 1XX
⏰ Times: Sessions available from 10am onwards
⏳ Length: 45 minutes
💷 Price: £12 per child (siblings/friends attending the same session just £8 each)

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
