Even when thought I would be caught out at work, managed to get an Iceland freezer meal in.

Some meals completey free or using healthy extras and a few had minimal swips.

Heck’s sausages at 1 swip each wrapped in trimmed bacon, served in passata. Slimming World freeze chips because I was feeling lazy. Served with 1/3 speed. Target here I come
