A little review round up :)

I've 16 copies left with me of the 2nd print run... which is likely to be all I have now until after Christmas. Helios Homoeopathy, HSC, The Homeopathic Book Company and my publisher Bold Fish Publishing all have copies currently. There are also enquiries from stockists in the US and Australia which is super exciting.

There are a couple of tweaks being made so these may be the last copies of the very first edition. I'm sort of calling the next version the second edition, but my publisher is very sensibly calling it tweaks and that it's really the same with a couple of small changes. So depending who you're listening to, second edition books will be available soon ;) which means if you want the unique, spot a couple of typos version that's this one. Going, going...

We seem to be well and truly diving into autumn :)

Remembering to slow a little has never been my greatest gift - I think I'm getting better at it then I have a fabulous week with a concert and a ceilidh and remember how valuable down time is as well as joy time. Good to have the harmony between the two. This season feels like the perfect reminder to snuggle in. Cosy up with a blanket and a book after a walk on the wild side (or at least in blustery North Yorkshire for me). Light the candles and breathe out.

It's also a good time to regroup, assess what's working for us, ponder gentle changes we could make to support our health. If homeopathy is a part of that (and of course, I'm entirely biased and think it may well should be), then do feel free to give me a shout if you'd like. The diary is filling up for this year, but there's a few sessions left in November and December for new clients.

Whilst I'm here, my book has taken longer than planned at the last hurdles but it's not too much longer to wait!! It is available on lots of eBook services now, but the hardback is just a couple of weeks or so away.
