Dispensary Closure Thursday 23rd October 1300-1830

Due to unexpected short-term staffing challenges, our small dispensary team has been under significant pressure and is currently experiencing a backlog of around five days. The team has been working tirelessly to keep up, but we now urgently need to take some protected time to catch up on outstanding prescriptions and ensure we can continue to provide a safe and reliable service for everyone.

We completely understand this may cause inconvenience, and we are genuinely sorry for the disruption. Your patience, kindness, and understanding mean a great deal to our team during what has been a very challenging time.

We are currently experiencing a high level of sickness across our practice team. While our staff remain resilient and are working incredibly hard to support all our patients, we kindly ask for your patience, kindness, and understanding during this time.

When contacting the practice, please be considerate to our team members who are doing their very best to help everyone as quickly as possible.

Prescription collections: Please wait until you receive your text message confirming your prescription is ready before coming to collect it. Due to current pressures, we are running slightly behind our usual 72-hour turnaround time.

Thank you for your ongoing support and compassion, it really does make a difference to our team and the care we can provide.

NHS Winter 2025 COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination Campaign:
We have now started to send out booking links for eligible patients. Our first clinic dates are:
Saturday 11th October (morning)
Thursday 16th October (afternoon)
Saturday 18th October (morning)
Patients who have opted out of text messaging or do not have a mobile number recorded will be contacted by telephone.
Please do not call the practice to book—wait to be contacted. Further clinic dates will be shared in due course.
