I don’t normally share personal information but I thought I would to show anything is possible with the right mindset, determination and consistency but obviously please check with a medical professional if you have medical conditions first as safety always comes first!
What a difference a year makes! 17 months ago I had a spinal injection due to chronic inflammation and chronic lower back pain due to S1 L4 & L5 disc problems which I’ve had for many years. I was told surgery was the only way forward but I said no and ask for another option. After taking it easy in the gym and dog walking for a few months i built strength and stamina I then started weight training again which I love as always been into fitness, 20 mile mountain bike rides and very long dog walks. Photos show December 2024 and December 2025 with 4 stone weight loss this was achieved with sheer hard work, dedication, determination and within a calorie deficit and high protein intake. I am determined to continue as so many health benefits not just physically but mentally along with perimenopause improvements 😌
