Wow!!!! This Korean Style Chicken Noodles from the https://slimmingworldkitchen.co.uk/ was just amazing!!!!!! Si says it’s the tastiest one yet!
I just love the fact I didn’t have to worry if I had all of the ingredients, everything is provided & it is just the very best quality ingredients. We love it!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
If you haven’t yet tried it, give it a go…… no meal planning, no shopping! ✅

Let’s get this month started how we mean to go on!!!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Today I started a Step Challenge that we are doing in our group & set 10,000 as my daily goal. Pleased to report 9,200 of those are already done by getting myself up & out this morning in this beautiful crisp Autumn air!
It makes you feel alive! Back home for an Omelette full of protein before starting my day!
