Had to have a fasting blood test this morning 😩 So this was sooooooo needed when I got home! Bacon/ Mushroom Sarnie on x2 slices of Neville’s Wholemeal bread (just one healthy fibre choice) 👍🏻 😋 with a great big coffee!!! Mmmmmmm mmm
