This week is Mental Health Awareness Week.
Whether you have a diagnosed mental health condition or not, looking after yourself mentally is crucial! We all need to make time in our busy lives to find ways to boost our mental health and reduce physical and mental stress. There are many ways to do this, but have you ever thought about trying Reflexology?
Reflexology improves our general wellbeing, aids sleep and helps to release tension! I consider myself privileged when it comes to treating my clients and hearing the benefits they experience with a range of health issues, from day to day digestive problems, to reducing the severity of symptoms associated with long term conditions.
