Tidal Health are so happy to have been able to sponsor Havant Rugby Football Club U15 with some sub coats, keeping the boys warm and dry when on the touchlines at matches. These were supplied by Baselayer, who helped us so much through the design and branding of the coats, they look great.

"As a sports therapist I am a professional who helps aid in the recovery and prevention of injuries that occur during sporting activity and everyday life. I provide this through various techniques such as massage, mobilisations, stretching and exercises, while also providing advice of preventative measures that can be taken to help ensure reduced risk of injury and re-injury.
Sports Therapy/Therapists are often misunderstood due to the name, as we do not exclusively treat athletes and sports people but work any injury or physical condition. Providing services for day-to-day injuries like sprains, strains, lower back pain and muscle imbalances, to help improve mobility and reduce pain, allowing a return to a better physical well-being."

March is Endometriosis Action Month hosted by .uk

It is reported that Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth in the UK.

A recent systematic review and meta-analysis by Geise et al concluded acupuncture treatment for endometriosis demonstrated clinically relevant improvements in pelvic pain and should be considered as a potential treatment intervention [1].

The British Acupuncture Council's practitioner register is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority. PSA accreditation means our members are highly trained, and GP referrals for acupuncture treatment might be possible.
