“It’s not about the presents, but about being present”
🌟 The festive season is here! 🎄
Ah yes, the season when to-do lists grow longer than the letters to Santa. When fun, worries, memories and excitement dance like bells on a sleigh.
This season, look after yourself and your wellbeing. Remember, it’s not about the presents, but about being present. Take time to notice and appreciate the little things that make this season bright.
A prefect opportunity to think about what you want to get moving on this week...
📝Maybe you want to move forward with that project you've been putting off?
🏡Or you want to move home and this is your sign to go ahead and put your home on the market?
🖇️Perhaps you want to move your business to a new platfrom or tidy up all your processes?
What a fabulous week to not only focus on movement within your own life and business but also how you can support your clients or potential clients with their moves. 💪
Whether we are making big moves like downsizing/upsizing or smaller moves like changing the way we store items within our home.
🔑Momentum is key to us moving forward and this is your Monday motivation to ask yourselves...
How am i moving forward with my life this week?? ✨

Did you know that a whopping 36% of UK adults find it challenging to find the time for physical activities?? 😳
This is according to research by @mentalhealthfoundation, the organisation behind Mental Health Awareness Week, who has also provided some hints & tips to help us all squeeze in some more movement in our days - even if we are busy!
We also found the below quote on their website & we couldn’t have said it better ourselves! 💕
“One of the most important things we can do to help protect our mental health is regular movement. Our bodies and our minds are connected. Looking after ourselves physically also helps us prevent problems with our mental health.”
Tell us in the comments below what your plans are to get moving for HAW 2024 👇

Did you know the last thing a would do is pass judgement on their clients?
It’s APDO’s National Organising Week with the theme ‘Making Your Place Your Happy Space’.
“The ache for home lives in all of us. The safe place where we can go as we are and not be questioned.” Maya Angelou

Decluttering and organising is very much, a collaborative effort between the client and myself. After working with me, the end result doesn’t mean you have to finish up with a minimalist home (unless that’s what you want), my measurement of success, is that your home will function smoothly for you, be a place that allows you to entertain, rest, rejuvenate and love to live in.
How can I help you:
Decluttering and organising your home in preparation for downsizing, or in order to sell or simply to help you enjoy your space better.
Organising your home office or small office environment or helping you to set up your own 'working from home' space.
Organising paperwork and setting up simple filing system
Organising your daily, personal or family family life, including acting as a virtual PA, helping with household diaries and booking appointments.
Organising small office environments or setting up your own "Working From Home" space
How does it work:
I offer a free 30 minute, no obligation, consultation either in person, telephone or Skype call. We will then agree an initial plan of action taking into consideration the nature of the work requested.
There's no magic wand to decluttering and organising, it just takes time and patience.
