Highland Wintering 2026 is happening... 🏔️
The Highlands in late November offer something powerful: cold, quiet space, and the kind of environment that naturally slows the nervous system down.
We’ll be working with crisp mountain air, open skies and pine forests to practise breathing with awareness ~ then gently applying it in real settings: waterfalls, lochs and rivers 🏞️
Not as a challenge, but as a way to learn how the body regulates when you meet discomfort calmly.
Between sessions there’ll be wood-fired saunas, nourishing food, fires, music, and plenty of time to simply be.
The aim isn’t intensity, it’s steady resilience and deep recovery.
This retreat may suit you if you:
• Feel mentally busy or overstimulated by everyday life
• Are curious about cold water but want to approach it safely
• Want to understand how your breathing affects your stress response
• Value connection, humour and a slower pace before winter
