It is not too late to start working on your post baby body.
I started working on my post natal body when my children were teenagers. This is because at the time I had no idea of what was available and also I thought they were issues I had to deal with and could not change.
Some concerns are;
- Post baby posture; e.g flared ribs, mom derrière not so much for aesthetics but for function and to prevent injury.
- Diastasis Recti and Pelvic Floor Health which may present on a number of ways.
- Aches and pains (hips, back, shoulder, ankle) that we have lived with since pregnancy and birth.

Small Group Mat Class - 10:00am (4 Spaces)
One to One Sessions with Reformer- at a time that suits you.
Duet Sessions with Equipment (Reformer) - bring a friend, sister or your mom.
