1️⃣ Don’t go “just in case” — train your bladder, not the other way round
2️⃣ Stay hydrated (dehydration = irritation!)
3️⃣ Watch caffeine, alcohol & fizzy drinks — they’re bladder bullies
4️⃣ Breathe deeply — tension in your diaphragm affects your pelvic floor
5️⃣ Strengthen and release — both matter
