Why my programmes don’t look like “typical” fitness plans 👇
I don’t train women over 40 like smaller versions of men.
And I definitely don’t train them like they’re broken.
Every programme I create considers:
• Menopause & hormonal changes
• Pelvic floor and core function
• Past injuries, scars, and pain history
• Stress, sleep, and recovery
• Real life (because you’re not training for the Olympics)
That means:
✔️ Strength without punishment
✔️ Progress without pressure
✔️ Core work that actually transfers to life
✔️ Programmes that work with your body, not against it
No shouting.
No “push through the pain” nonsense.
No guilt if you need to rest.
Just strong, capable bodies — built properly.
