This is the Start Hut on the Mill Pond. Most people locally will recognise it. Every race begins here. But once youâre out on the water, itâs never a straight line. You tack. You adjust. You get blown slightly off course and correct again. Health is no different. When people come to see us, I often ask how long it took to get where they are now. The answer is usually years. So expecting everything to change in a week just isnât realistic. The key is starting. Then staying with it. Small adjustments. Consistency.
