This is why we measure… not just weigh.

Chris is 2 weeks in.

Down 2kg…
but more importantly -18cm off across his body.

And all we’ve done so far is get his breakfast right and build a bit of structure into his day.

Most people focus on the scales…
but 5lbs of fat and 5lbs of muscle don’t look the same.

That’s why shape changes even when the scales don’t tell the full story.

His message made me smile… more energy, cycling everywhere, and apparently cleaning the house more than usual šŸ˜‚

Simple start. Solid result.

We spent today up at Heathrow at a business building seminar. Good energy, good people, always sharpens your thinking a bit.

Back at the Hub this evening and it reminds me why we do what we do helping people locally feel better, have more energy and just get back in control a bit.

Had a couple this week drop -20cm in their first 2 weeks just by sorting their breakfast. Nothing extreme. Just consistency.

We’ve got a few spaces this week for anyone local who’s just not quite feeling right at the moment, low energy, clothes a bit tighter than they used to be, or just needs a reset.

Really interesting first 7 days with Chris.

He came in with Julie last week. We didn’t go all in. Just fixed breakfast.

That’s it.

After 7 days:

ā¬‡ļø 1.1kg on the scales
šŸ“ 13cm lost across all measurement points

That’s why we always measure as well as take a Tanita body composition reading, because the scales don’t tell the full story.

The biggest drops were:
-3cm off stomach
-3cm off thigh

But the bit I notice more…

Energy right up āš”ļø
He’s been cycling everywhere instead of using the van šŸš“ā€ā™‚ļø
Even said he’s been cleaning the house more than usual šŸ˜„

That’s usually when you know something’s starting to shift properly.

And this is just from changing breakfast.

We haven’t even started the full weight management plan yet.
