Happy New Year everyone!
I hope you had a wonderful time over the festive period and found some time to really rest over Christmas and New Year.
I don't make resolutions at this time of the year but I do like to think about what I want to achieve for the coming year and set out some goals and intentions.
This year, after many years of setting myself this particular goal, I am determined to be able to do a pull up (not just one, three). This is the year!
I'm also going to finish my coaching qualification, my barre certification and my menopause training and utilise all of these things in addition to my yoga and PT certifications - I'm expanding my business!
I'd like to explore the north of England a little more this year and maybe get back to the New Forest as my husband and I had a lovely little trip there a few weeks ago. Recommendations for places to visit are gratefully received - please do drop a comment below.
I'm also setting an intention to read more and watch less this year. I've got at least two shelves of books which have patiently waited for me to read them for a few years and, yet, I can't stop buying new ones. Having said that, I love a good book rec - feel free to pass on your favourite reads in the comments.
