What is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a safe, non-toxic system of medicine suitable for the whole family. It matches remedies to the patient's totality of presenting symptoms. These include those on the mental, emotional and physical level.

Nutrition is one of the Four Pillars of Health that I focus on in clinic. A balanced diet doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the kitchen, especially if cooking isn’t your favourite way to unwind.

One question I’m often asked is how to replace ultra‑processed breakfast cereals with something quick, nourishing, and enjoyable. My go‑to during the summer is overnight oats. It is so simple to prepare, delicious and a good start to the day.

My favourite recipe:
• 2–3 tbsp oats
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• A small handful of blueberries
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• Top with your preferred milk (I use unsweetened soya)
• Optional: 1 tsp Greek yoghurt for extra creaminess
• Optional: ½ tsp local honey if you prefer it sweeter

I find the natural sweetness of the blueberries is usually enough.

Prepare the night before and pop in the fridge. Wake up to an instant, lovely, cold, nutritious breakfast.

Homeopathy works alongside your body’s own healing processes, and supporting your immune system with good nutrition is a powerful place to start.

Everything is in full swing at the allotment, although this heat is definitely challenging! The slugs are the most annoying part of keeping an allotment, with our beautiful rainbow chard being nibbled every night! We have tried a few different things to deter them, but they are very persistent.

Number one priority this week is to keep hydrated, followed by sensible use of sun cream and avoiding, where possible, to be out in the middle of the day without shade.

One of these pillars is movement, not necessarily running or high‑intensity exercise, but simply finding a form of activity you enjoy.
